How do I place an order?

Can I change my delivery date after placing an order?
You can request changes to your delivery date until the end of the day you placed your order. Our fulfillment days are Monday through Friday, with deliveries from Tuesday to Friday. Once the fulfillment process begins, one day before delivery, changes can no longer be made. For any adjustments, please contact us at info@breadfairy.de as soon as possible.

What is the return policy?
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. However, this right does not apply to perishable goods like our baked products once the baking process has begun. Non-perishable items can be returned if they are in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and you must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Which parts of Berlin do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to specific parts of the city on Tuesdays to Fridays. Our delivery areas include:

- Kreuzberg
- Neukölln (Partially)
- Wedding

If you reside in one of these areas, you can enjoy our fresh bread and treats delivered straight to your doorstep! We're continuously expanding our delivery network to serve you better.
For customers outside these areas, please contact us to inquire about delivery or pickup options.

Can I visit your location?
At the moment, we cannot offer visits to our kitchen. This is a preparation kitchen with other production lines, making it unsuitable for walk-ins or customer visits. However, we are working on plans to open a physical location in the future, which will allow our customers to visit us and enjoy our products onsite. This includes details on nutritional value and allergens. To uphold our commitment to sustainability and minimize waste, we've opted not to print physical labels. Instead, all necessary information is conveniently accessible online. This approach allows us to reduce our environmental impact while ensuring you have easy access to essential product details.
