Breadfairy is taking a little break, and orders are paused for now. Something special is rising at home, and I’m making a little room for it to grow.

You’ve made this adventure more wonderful than I could have imagined. Every order, kind message, and familiar face coming back for another loaf has helped my little baking dream grow.

I look forward to baking for you again when the time is right. Until then, thank you for being part of my kitchen and my story.

THE STORY OF BREAD FAIRY

Bread Fairy.
Made by hand in Berlin.

It began with a simple wish: to bring the warmth and flavour of handmade baking to Berlin tables. Sourdough bread, sweet bakes, spreads and pickles were made with care, good ingredients, and a love of feeding people.

Baking to order helped us keep food waste low. At Berlin markets and gatherings, sharing a loaf often meant sharing a moment too. While Bread Fairy takes a break, you can still take a look inside the kitchen and revisit a few favourites.
